We are looking to recruit reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as Wooden Crate Manufacturers and Export Packers. These hands on roles are key to delivering high quality wooden packaging and export packing solutions for a wide range of customers.
Wooden Crate Manufacturer – Role Overview
You will be responsible for manufacturing bespoke wooden crates and cases to customer specifications, using timber, hand tools, and machinery.
Key duties
- Manufacturing wooden crates, cases, and pallets to drawings or instructions
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber accurately
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Ensuring finished products meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Export Packer – Role Overview
You will be involved in packing goods for export, ensuring they are protected, compliant, and secure for transport worldwide.
Key duties
- Packing machinery and equipment for export
- Using protective materials, shrink wrap, and vacuum packing
- Securing loads within crates or cases
- Following export specifications and instructions
- Working as part of a team to meet deadlines

Experience in woodworking, manufacturing, or export packing is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates.
