We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team.

Role Overview

As a Room Attendant, you will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring rooms are pristine and ready for guests. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to deliver excellent service and create memorable moments for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas to the company’s high cleanliness standards, paying particular attention to detail
• Ensure pillows are plumped, mirrors are gleaming, and room amenities are fully stocked
• Work proactively to support guest satisfaction and the smooth operating of the housekeeping department
• Adhere to all safety and housekeeping procedures and policies

Qualifications

• Flexibility and a positive, “Yes I Can!” attitude
• Eye for detail and ability to spot and correct issues quickly
• Creative problem‑solver capable of finding efficient solutions
• Passionate about providing extraordinary service
• Team player with strong verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
