As a Transport Coordinator you’ll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.
Our operation in Hemel is looking for candidates who can commit to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 40.25 hours per week between the hours of 06:00 and 18:00.

Role Details
- Salary: £31,000
- Hours: 40.25 Hours Per Week
- Working Pattern: 4 on / 4 off from 06:00 to 18:00
- Location: Hemel Maylands, HP2 7PZ
What Will You Do & What Will You Need
- As part of your role, you will liaise with customers confirming daily orders and queries and check inbound stock deliveries from suppliers
- Create pre‑advices, stock reports and complete traceability tests when requested
- Oversee picking, decanting and allocate jobs to staff and provide a thorough handover to end of shift
- Take regular stock rotation to ensure correct dated stock is picked and deliver the involved agenda through effective leadership
- Ideally, you will have a team player attitude, be able to recognise and lend a hand where necessary, have a strong understanding of Health and Safety compliance and good relationship building skills
