- Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure configured solutions align with upstream and downstream processes such as CPQ, Order Management, Billing, Payments, and ERP integrations.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on the platform’s revenue management configuration capabilities during solution design and implementation efforts.
- Ensure RM solutions are scalable, compliant, auditable, and maintainable, with seamless integration across related systems.
- Perform solution testing across the revenue lifecycle, troubleshoot configuration issues, and resolve defects related to pricing, quoting, contract amendments, invoicing, or revenue schedules.
- Document all configuration details and maintain comprehensive records of updates to RM processes and system settings.
- Stay current with platform roadmap updates, compliance changes, and new revenue management features, evaluating their relevance to organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of configuration specialists focused on Revenue Management, providing guidance to ensure accurate and efficient solution delivery.
- Facilitate team meetings, communicate project goals and milestones, and align team output with the overall RM transformation strategy.
- Coordinate team efforts to meet project timelines and support business objectives across the revenue lifecycle.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support ongoing professional development for team members.
- Offer career guidance and coaching to help RM configuration specialists progress in their roles and achieve long‑term growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Systems Analyst, or similar role specifically supporting Revenue Management or related order‑to‑cash processes.
