About the Role

Night Care Assistant – part of a dedicated team delivering person-centred care overnight.

Responsibilities

  • Build respectful, professional relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Support residents to maintain independence and dignity.
  • Use equipment safely and effectively (full training provided).
  • Contribute to a positive, caring environment where compassion and quality are valued.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality care.
  • Ideally has experience in care (though not essential – applicants from diverse backgrounds including nursing, learning disabilities, and healthcare are welcome).
