Community Nursery Nurse | 0-5 Health Visiting & Health Promotion

Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 4 Community Nursery Nurse to support the 0-5 Health Visiting Pathway in Doncaster. You will work with Health Visitors and Health Promotion Practitioners to deliver the Healthy Child Programme and support children’s development.

Applicants should hold the BTEC Childhood Studies, NNEB, NVQ III or Diploma in Childcare and Education, and show enthusiasm, strong communication and organisational skills.
