Night Support Worker at Maitland Park
Location: Maitland Villas, Camden, London, NW3 2DU
Salary: £15.00-£15.35 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Times: 20:00-08:00 (includes alternative weekends)

Maitland Park Care Home is a modern, purpose-built facility that offers a range of amenities, including comfortable and spacious bedrooms, lounges, and dining areas. The home is designed to support individuals with various healthcare needs, including dementia care, palliative care, and end‑of‑life care. The care home has a team of qualified and experienced nurses and care staff who work around the clock to provide high‑quality, personalised care to each resident.
Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
