Academics is seeking a compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school community in Slough this September. In this role, you will provide essential academic and emotional support tailored to the unique needs of a specific student or small group, fostering their confidence and independence.
Responsibilities include individualised support, tracking student progress, and collaborative approaches with teachers and parents. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm, with an attractive pay rate of £90-95 per day.
