We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive primary school in Beeston (LS11). This role begins immediately and offers 2–3 days per week as a minimum, with flexibility required to meet the needs of the school. The position includes delivering regular interventions and providing PPA cover across all year groups, offering a daily rate of £110 – 120 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and other curriculum areas across KS1 and KS2.
- Provide high‑quality PPA cover, confidently leading whole‑class teaching when required.
- Support pupils with differing learning needs, ensuring progress and engagement.
- Work closely with teachers and SLT to maintain consistency and high standards.
Pre‑requisites:
- HLTA qualification or strong experience covering classes confidently.
- Ability to deliver small‑group interventions and whole‑class teaching.
- Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across year groups and adapt to changing needs.
