HRGORecruitment are recruiting for a Day Loading Shovel Driver to work in a busyWaste Plant within Tilbury, Essex.
YOU MUST HOLD NPORS / CPCS LOADING SHOVEL TICKET FOR THIS ROLE
LOADING SHOVEL OPERATOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED EITHER IN WASTE OR AGGREGATESSECTOR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Handling:Controlling the loading shovel to scoop up materials from stockpiles or hoppers from recycling plant areas.
- Equipment Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the loading shovel to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Site Navigation:Maneuver the loading shovel safely around the site, avoiding obstacles and ensuring the accurate handling of materials.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment maintenance
FULL PPE IS REQUIRED – STEEL TOE CAP BOOTS, HIGH VIS, HARD HAT, GLOVES
