Stridden Limited are recruiting on behalf of an established Groundworks and Civils Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper Driver to join their team on a new site in Chesterfield.

Dumper Driver – The Role
The successful candidate will be working as part of a busy site team and will be responsible for safely operating a Forward Tipping Dumper on a construction site. You will also be required to jump out of the Dumper and muck in when needed. This role would suit someone who is experienced, reliable, safety‑conscious and happy to muck in with the team when needed.
Key Duties
- Operating a Forward Tipping Dumper on site
- Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team
- Mucking In when needed
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket, preferably Blue Carded
- Full PPE including hi‑vis, safety boots and hard hat
- Previous experience working on construction sites
- A reliable and proactive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Availability to start on Monday 18th May 2026
- Ability to travel to site in Chesterfield
- Two references available on application
