Sales Event Executive, Nottingham, £13.95ph

Immediate start until September 2026

A leading student accommodation provider is seeking a confident and proactive Sales Event Executive to support sales activity across the city. This is a fast paced, hands on role focused on driving bookings, supporting events, and building strong relationships within the student community.

Key Responsibilities

• Support properties across the city to achieve occupancy targets• Assist with tours, group bookings, outreach, and conversion activity• Follow up leads from events, campaigns, and open days• Represent the brand at university events, fairs, and activations• Support planning and delivery of onsite events and sales initiatives• Build relationships with universities, student groups, and partners• Maintain accurate records and lead tracking within HubSpot• Support reporting on sales activity and event performance

About You

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or student accommodation• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with people• Strong communication and organisational skills• Proactive and able to work independently and within a team• Flexible approach, including occasional weekend event work• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot is beneficial
