Individual Needs Assistant – Fixed Term (June – December 2026)
Hours and Working Pattern
Hours of work: INA: 17.5 + MDSA: 2.5 per week. Working pattern: Part-time, term-time only (39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, increasing after 5 years continuous service). Pro‑rata salary.
Fixed term: 8 months.

- Patient, calm and truly listen to and value children’s views.
- Kind and caring and have a desire to support pupils.
- Demonstrate versatility and flexibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective communication with children and colleagues.
- Preferably have experience working with children with SEND.
