Customer Service Assistant

Wisbech (PE13) – Office Based

£13.26 per hour (PAYE)

Full-time, temporary (6 months)

Start: 20 April 2026 – 21 October 2026

Working hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:45am – 5:00pm

Friday: 8:45am – 4:30pm

(37 hours per week)

Location

Awdry House, Ramnoth Road, Wisbech

This role is fully office-based – no hybrid working available.

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and efficient service while handling a range of enquiries.

Key responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
  • Providing accurate information and resolving queries
  • Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting administrative tasks across the team
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
