We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated individual to provide professional customer service in an efficient and helpful manner.
Responsibilities
- Be passionate about promoting our products
- Use computers confidently and navigate customer service systems
- Provide a professional service as the first point of contact
- Work under your own initiative and collaborate as part of a team
- Adapt sessions to the needs of each individual
- Work days, evenings and weekends as required
Qualifications
- Be experienced in customer service, being the first point of contact
- Be confident in using computers
- Have an enthusiastic, can‑do attitude and friendly personality
- Be empathetic and able to deliver sessions tailored to individual needs
