Global Talent Acquisition Manager – Front Office and Corporate Functions

Position Purpose: Coordinate between Front office sales teams and onboarding, AML/Compliance, Credit/Risk, and operation teams. Types of work performed may include data entry, compiling, and validating data, as well as other clerical production activities. Perform with a high level of attention to detail and excellent customer service. Works under moderate supervision while gaining or having attained full proficiency in a specific area within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist onboarding new clients.
  • Liaison for Front office between AML/Compliance, Credit/Risk, operations teams.
  • Assist with general questions and inquiries from customers as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments & lines of business.
  • Interact with Trading Desk for operational needs.
  • Assist Front Office with any of their administrative needs.
  • Demonstrate appropriate judgment and initiative in responding to and solving problems.
  • Reliable in attaining expected results, timely and efficient.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Mathematics preferred.
  • Must be FCA Registered, and/or a FINRA Series 7, 63, 99 or be willing to take all appropriate exams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
  • Desire to work in a team‑orientated atmosphere.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Always maintaining the highest level of integrity.
  • Adaptable to change in a highly regulated industry.
