About the Role
We at UNIQLO are looking for a Sales Assistant to work full time (37.5 hours) or part time (30 hours). The contract is permanent. Flexibility is required: 8.5‑hour shifts per day including a 1-hour unpaid meal break, with both morning and late shift patterns. Full weekend availability is required. Starting pay is £14.80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide a rewarding shopping experience—from fitting rooms to high‑tech tills—by being attentive and responsive to customers’ needs.
- Sales Floor Excellence: Keep the store clean, well‑stocked, organised and beautifully presented to inspire customers.
- Sales & Inventory Management: Monitor customer reactions to our products to recommend adjustments to visual displays and stock levels for each style, colour and size, to satisfy customer demand.
- Team Collaboration: Work with all colleagues, offering support and helping to build a strong, united team.
- Sustainability: Champion recycling programme, promote repair services and participate in local community activities.
- Retail Technology: Contribute to content creation for our social media campaigns, styling app or livestream channel if you are interested.
