About the Role

We are looking for 2 Full Time Support Workers (40 hours each). A driver licence is essential for this role. Shifts are: 10:00 to 20:00 and 8:00 to 22:00 followed by a sleep and then 7:00 to 10:00 the next morning.

Responsibilities

Support 4 people with learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest. Assist with personal care, manage medication and finances, carry out daily living tasks, maintain relationships with friends and family, access local community, and engage in person‑centred activities. Promote choice, independence, and individual preferences in all aspects of support.
