Bank Domestic Assistant at The Grove

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Shaw healthcare is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join the team at The Grove. You will work as part of a dedicated domestic team committed to providing high standard care to service users.

Main Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise rooms and furnishings in assigned areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry with minimal disruption to our service users and their care.
• Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families and colleagues – good interpersonal skills are essential.
• Work independently without direct supervision.
• Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene within the home on your own initiative.
