Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for additional work outside of school hours?
We are currently recruiting caring and dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide home-based support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across the Trafford area.
Location: Hale, Altrincham, Bowdon, Timperley, Sale, Hale Barns and surrounding Trafford areas.
Pay: £14.00 – £14.40 per hour.
Contract Type: Flexible part-time hours – afternoons, evenings and weekends.

This position is ideal for Teaching Assistants seeking extra hours around existing school commitments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one SEN support in the child’s home
- Deliver personalised learning and development activities
- Promote independence, confidence and social skills
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Communicate effectively with parents and professionals
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience supporting children with SEN preferred
- Good understanding of learning support strategies
- Caring, patient and reliable approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Availability for afternoons, evenings and some weekends
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
