Job Role: Support Worker (Maternity Cover)

Location: St Neots (PE19)

Salary: £14.05 – £14.75 per hour*

Hours: 36 per week

Shifts: 08:00 – 20:00 & 20:00 – 08:00 (Days & Occasional Nights, Personal Care included)

Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day support and routine activities for the people we support.
  • Prompting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
  • Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
  • Maintaining health‑care needs, including accompanying individuals to routine appointments or administering medication.
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
  • Assisting with personal care as required.
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
  • Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience within the care sector is not essential; full training will be provided. The successful candidate must demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to live our company values daily. Age requirement: must be over 18 years old.
