Responsibilities
Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and possess successful link‑selling skills to drive business.
Provide outfit builds for customers and make further product recommendations, helping to drive store KPIs.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
Act as a brand ambassador with a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade periods.
Have previous experience within hospitality or retail environments.
Be hardworking with strong communication skills.
Have an interest in fashion and retail.
Be able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Be passionate about driving sales using digital platforms.
