We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records and activity logs using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and targets

About You

  • Recent graduate (any discipline, Business/Finance/Marketing preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven, resilient, and target‑focused
  • Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • A genuine interest in sales, business, or financial services
