Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the front end of our sales motion. Reporting directly to the Founder, you’ll engage prospects via cold and warm email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and light phone calls, qualifying interest, re‑engaging leads, and booking discovery meetings to fuel our pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Handling Replies:
- Monitor and respond to inbound replies from cold‑email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Qualify prospect interest and route ready leads for next steps
- Lead Nurturing & Follow‑Up:
- Re‑engage leads who’ve gone quiet or shown early interest
- Send personalized follow‑up messages to drive engagement and meeting bookings
- Light Outbound Calling:
- Place targeted calls to warm prospects to confirm interest and schedule calls
- Meeting Coordination:
- Book qualified discovery meetings into the Founder’s calendar
- Send confirmations, reminders, and any pre‑call materials
- CRM Management:
- Keep Close CRM up to date with all activities, notes, and outcomes
- Track lead status, outreach cadences, and results metrics
- Messaging Optimization:
- Assist with A/B testing and refining email/LinkedIn sequences
- Provide feedback on templates, subject lines, and call scripts
Requirements
- 1–3 years in an SDR or related role (SaaS experience a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume email and LinkedIn outreach
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience using CRMs and sales‑engagement platforms (e.g., Close, Sales Navigator)
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the UK market and regional business etiquette
- Hands‑on experience A/B testing messaging sequences
- Basic copywriting skills to help refine outreach templates
- Exposure to tools like Heyreach, Instantly, or similar outreach platforms
