We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive long-term growth by owning the sales funnel from lead generation through to client acquisition. You’ll strengthen our market presence, nurture prospects and keep a healthy pipeline moving, working closely with the wider sales and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales funnel from initial lead through to signed contract
- Build and maintain a strong, reliable sales pipeline
- Create tailored proposal presentations aligned to client objectives
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with prospects and clients
- Lead lead generation, qualification and management efforts
- Set and hit annual revenue targets
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in sales, ecommerce, business development or a related field
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident creating and presenting proposals
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and management
- Strong analytical skills for performance assessment
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at every level
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented communication
- CRM tool experience
