De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is recruiting a Bar Supervisor to support and guide our team of Bar Tenders. Our bar team plays a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to the hotel.
As the Bar Supervisor you will
Take a lead role on the bar creating and serving drinks and engaging with guests on a daily basis. Work closely with colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge and keep the bar area clean and well stocked at all times. Full‑time and part‑time hours are available.
In return this role offers

The role involves a variety of shifts including weekends on a rota basis.
Your Skills & Experience
- Bar experience and ideally some supervising experience
- Confident and guest‑focused with an intuitive approach delivering exceptional levels of guest service, making everyone feel welcome
- Excellent organiser, with a professional attitude and able to delegate effectively
- Familiarity with booking systems such as Open Table is preferable, but not essential; training can be provided
