Plumber – 12‑month contract – Edinburgh

The role requires strong commercial plumbing experience and the ability to work to high standards within a fast‑paced construction environment.

• 7am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission commercial plumbing systems, including hot and cold‑water services, drainage, sanitary ware, and plant room equipment.
• Carry out first fix and second fix plumbing.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Work closely with site managers, other trades, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all work meets building regulations, industry standards, and site‑specific quality requirements.
• Identify and report any issues, defects, or delays promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment at all times.

Essential Requirements

• Valid CSCS Blue or Gold.
• Proven commercial plumbing experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial pipework systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider construction team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices on construction sites.
