Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a House Manager located in Stretford. The House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the development, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key tasks include managing contractor visits, coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting health and safety checks and maintaining a high standard of service to our customers.
Experience
- Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements in housing developments
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Experience in estate or property management is a plus
- Eperience in managing budgets
