HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver

Cat C (HGV Class 2) Driver – Temporary – Croydon & Sutton

We are looking for a Cat C (HGV Class 2) driver to deliver and collect palletised products to various sites around London and the Home Counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect a variety of palletised products.
• Operate HGV Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• UK Category C licence.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Driver CPC Card.
• No more than 6 points for minor offences.
• Valid insurance suitability (details upon request).

Compensation & Benefits

PAYE rate: £18.75 per hour (including holiday pay £22.50 per hour).

• Variable start times.
• Monday – Friday shifts minimum 8 hours.
• Overtime after 8 hours and on optional Saturdays and Sundays.
• London and Home Counties delivery areas.
• Weekly pay every Friday.

This role is suitable for drivers experienced with Cat C multi‑drop, pallet, building supplies, and general haulage deliveries.

Commuting area: Sutton, Coulsdon, Purley, Mitcham, Thornton Heath, Wallington, and Greater London.
