Head of Commercial Finance

West Midlands (hybrid) | £100,000–£110,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

We’re exclusively partnering with a leading, listed business entering a major period of transformation and investment in the West Midlands.

This is a high impact, board facing role working closely with the MD and FD, offering full ownership of long term financial strategy, modelling and planning.

The Role

• Lead annual planning, 5 year forecasts, and long-range financial modelling
• Own the corporate finance model, driving insights across key metrics
• Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy through scenario analysis
• Support Board reporting, presentations and strategic decision-making
• Act as the bridge between finance, strategy and the wider organisation
• Play a key role in financial planning, stress testing and financial resilience

About You

• Advanced financial modelling capability with strong technical grounding
• Experience operating in a complex or PLC environment is highly desirable
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Confident communicator with experience supporting Board level decision makin
