Spa Receptionist

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and members to the spa.
• Process spa bookings and manage reservations.
• Upsell treatments and spa products.
• Conduct show‑rounds for guests.
• Handle cash transactions and close out daily receipts.
• Perform general day‑to‑day reception duties including spa cleaning.

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for service excellence.
• Knowledge of spa reservation systems is a distinct advantage, but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Eligibility to work in the UK or holding a valid UK work permit/visa.
• Transport to the spa is essential for this role.
