• Full-time professional bi-lingual in Mandarin/English.
• 1 year of tour guide experience (preferred).
• Outstanding communication and listening abilities.
• A distinct English‑speaking voice.
• Mandarin fluency.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and energised.
• Flexibility and the capacity to oversee a sizable workforce.
• Capability to conduct research and gather information and facts about visited sites.
• Work authorization in the United Kingdom is required.
• Anyone who speaks a European language is welcome.
• Passion for tourism and historical sites in London and the surrounding areas.
