The role
A HR Assistant working in a team of 6, providing effective HR support to the firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinating orientation schedules for new joiners.
- Monitoring upcoming leavers to ensure timely termination in Workday.
- Updating employee records and maintaining databases.
- Organising meetings, interviews and training sessions.
- Managing email correspondence from HR inbox.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an HR administration/assistant role at a law firm, ideally, or a professional services environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain working relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR systems desirable.
