The Role

We’re looking for a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help keep our production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring high standards of safety and quality at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate planned equipment to specified SOPs, ensuring quality is maintained.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to meet production targets.
• Report faults and quality issues promptly to relevant teams.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain PPE and report defects immediately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Be flexible to work in other areas and overtime when required.
