Mobile AC Engineer
Location: London, covering commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on splits, multi‑splits, AHUs, VRVs, ARFs, chillers, and general site PPM.
- Change filters and adjust belts.
- Escort sub‑contractors and collaborate with other mobile engineers.
- Complete general paperwork.
Qualifications
- City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent with Fgas Category 1.
- Proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Hours
7 am to 4 pm, Monday‑Friday.
Salary
48,000 £ basic plus overtime and one call‑out every four weeks.
