Our client, a large global logistics company based in Hams Hall, Birmingham requires Customer Service Representatives.

The position is a genuine temp to perm opportunity following a successful trial period, there is further career progression potential.

Responsibilities

  • Working with a large number of existing clients and logging orders.
  • Providing a great customer experience to internal and external clients.
  • Dealing with customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Working within a team environment and to agreed timescales.
  • Skills on Microsoft office/Exel
  • Computer literate (you will be operating various in-house systems)

  • Shifts vary from 07:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday
  • 07:00 – 15:30
  • 07:30 – 16:00
  • 08:00 – 16:30
  • 08:30 – 17:00
  • 09:00 – 17:30
  • 09:30 – 18:00

Rate of pay

£12.50 per hour // Annual Salary £26,000
