Annual salary: From £60,528, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent

The Role
We are looking for a business-minded GPhC-registered pharmacist with:
- Proven success in growing NHS services, private services and retail performance, or strong ambition to demonstrate this.
- An interest in taking meaningful ownership of their clinical pharmacy practice within a community pharmacy business.
- Strong leadership skills to influence, motivate and develop the pharmacy team.
- Confidence in managing rotas, staffing priorities and day-to-day branch operations.
- The ability to optimise services, retail and dispensing performance while maintaining excellent patient care.
- Excellent communication skills that turn patient and customer contact into measurable outcomes through rapport, service delivery and appropriate retail sales.
Unique Opportunities

Working Pattern
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am–7:00 pm
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 am–5:00 pm
One-hour unpaid break each working day
Average: 48.5 hours per week
Operational Support
AI-assisted and technology-enabled branch systems.

When required, branch systems can be supported remotely, with direct clinical-check support and supportive operational advice.
Essential Requirements
- Current GPhC registration.
- At least two years post-registration experience.
- Qualified to vaccinate in England, with experience delivering safe and efficient vaccination services.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Entrepreneurial, disciplined and commercially minded.
- Commitment to accuracy, Company policies and SOPs.
- Confidence working with a diverse team and London patient population.
