We’re supporting a low-volume OEM on a high-performance supercar programme and looking for experienced Composites Trimming Consultants to join the team.

This is a hands‑on role working with high-value composite components, where quality, precision, and craftsmanship are critical.

What You’ll Be Doing

Composite Trimming & Finishing

• Hand trimming components using Dremel, die grinders, routers and air tools
• Working to tight tolerances from engineering drawings
• Delivering high-quality edge finishes on complex geometries
• Sanding, surface prep and finishing
• Filling pinholes and surface imperfections
• Ensuring components meet Class A paint standards

Assembly & Fitment Support

• Trial fitting and aligning components
• Adjusting to achieve gap & flush targets
• Supporting build teams with fitment readiness
