Job Type: Part Time

Key Responsibilities

• Food & Drinks Preparation: Prepare food and drinks orders following strict guidelines and recipes, operate fryers and handle a classic manual espresso coffee machine.
• Serving Customers: Take orders, prepare and serve churros, prepare and serve drinks, handle sales via POS systems, carefully prepare and handle orders via JustEat and Deliveroo.
• Hygiene & Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times, clean equipment following strict procedures, keep up with all daily general cleaning tasks and deep cleaning tasks, adhere to very high food hygiene standards as well as following daily management procedures of our water tanks and waste water system.
• Stock Management: Receive and handle deliveries, stock checks, daily restock of all service stations. This involves carrying and handling heavy goods daily.
• Atmosphere Maintenance: Provide a friendly and positive experience for customers, be protective and forward-thinking, always support colleagues and efficiently keep up with all work demands even during busy periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous food service and barista experience preferred.
• Attitude: Reliable, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask and work well both alone and as part of a team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, carry and handle heavy goods and work with hot equipment.
• Requirements: Must have valid work rights.

Typical Working Conditions

• Hours: Part time, flexible, includes week days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Environment: Can be fast-paced, in outdoor kiosk.

Hours: 0 hours contract with 1 shift guaranteed per week
