Location: Barnard Castle

Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part‑time – flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour

We are recruiting for a Supervisor to join the team!

Responsibilities

• Ensure that you are ready to get stuck in and roll up your sleeves to maximise any opportunities.
• Co‑manage the store with the Store and Assistant manager, holding the team accountable to deliver exemplary results.
• Act as a local community ambassador, inspiring customers and employees alike.
