Key skills and experience required:
- Sitecore certified with strong consultancy/agency background
- 5+ years development experience, with .NET/ASP.NET Core and Sitecore MVC or Headless
- Proven ability to define technical architecture, scope solutions and lead delivery teams
- Demonstrable hands‑on AI experience – essential
- Comfortable in client‑facing situations and confident communicating complex technical concepts
