We’re on the lookout for an experienced, friendly and motivated Customer Service Assistants to join our team at Parks & Cafes in Bristol. If you’re passionate about coffee, love great customer service, and bring a positive attitude to everything you do, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Craft consistently delicious drinks with care and attention
- Deliver excellent customer service with a smile
- Keep the barista area clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Take payments and handle orders with accuracy
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Learn and grow your skills in brewing, food prep, and presentationRepresent our brand with pride and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work at various Park Cafe locations across Bristol
- Availability to work weekends is essential
- Additional shifts available during school holidays and busy weeks
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A team player who communicates well
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Passion for great coffee and food
- Reliability and flexibility in a casual role
- 1 year experience in similar cafe environment
