My client is an exceptionally busy HNW entrepreneur/businesswoman based in WOODFORD, Essex, looking for a fast-paced, reliable and professional Private PA to support her and her family, including her husband and two school-age children.

(40 minutes on the Central line from Notting Hill and free street parking).

I am looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Private PA who has supported senior executives with exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage both personal and family-related tasks with discretion and confidence.

The principal is described as very easy to work for but needs quick responses, good communication, initiative and a solutions-focused approach from her Private PA.

The role offers a generous salary and benefits, including medical and dental insurance and will be based in the office in Woodford with occasional visits to the home nearby. Initially, the role will be 5 days in the office, but there may be an opportunity for some flexibility working from home once settled in.

Key Responsibilities

Family & Personal Support

  • Manage reminders and organise gifts for family birthdays, children’s parties, and other key events (including purchasing and wrapping).
  • Assist with planning and coordination of family events, celebrations, and children’s activities.
  • Act as the primary contact for household staff (nanny, chef, housekeeper) and manage scheduling/requests.
  • Handle personal payments, paperwork, scanning, and general administration as required.

Travel & Lifestyle Management

  • Research and book holiday flights, hotels, and experiences.
  • Provide ad hoc support for executive meet-ups, work-related gatherings, and social planning.
  • Manage vehicle requirements (maintenance, insurance and servicing, etc.).

Property & Household Management

  • Oversee household vendor management and supplier bookings (repairs, maintenance, etc.).
  • Provide property management support, including being a point of contact for tenants and maintaining records.
  • Assist with general office management tasks where required.

Diary & Task Management

  • Input and track key family and household events into calendars.
  • Ensure reminders are set for important personal and family commitments.
  • Support executive projects and organisation through tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
  • Research for business opportunities as and when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives / HNWI in a Private PA and EA capacity.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Quick responses, solutions-focused, ATD
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Task management software (Asana, Monday.com or similar), or solid project management experience
  • Flexible and reliable — not restricted to standard 9–5 hours.
  • Strong work ethic with a hands‑on approach.
  • Must have a car for ad hoc errands and requests.
  • Native/strong English speaker.
