Availability Window

  • Sun: 10:00 – 18:00
  • Mon: 17:30 – 24:00
  • Fri: 17:00 – 24:00
  • Sat: 17:00 – 24:00

Pay Rate: £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We accommodate flexibility: we guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, but you can also work as few as 12 hours per week.

Eligibility: Must be over 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Serve shoppers, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers, build rapport and help them have a great shopping trip.
  • Work across store areas: service, picking and replenishment as needed.
  • Apply training to work safely, effectively and deliver superb service.
  • Take decisions that benefit customers and meet store routines.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Track store performance, reduce waste and shrink, and contribute to profit.
  • Handle products with care, maintaining quality for customers.
  • Accept deliveries into the store when required.
