Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager with day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
- Oversee customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience and effectively resolving any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering supplies to maintain optimal levels.
