Sales Assistant

Salary: £24,863.00 per annum, with discretionary bonus up to £2,000 per year.

Contractual hours: 37.5 per week.

Location: TA6 3BY.

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer. You don’t need experience in pawnbroking – just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus – ability to speak additional languages is highly valued, though not required.
