Job Coach: Supported Internship for Youth in West Sussex

West Sussex County Council is looking for a Job Coach for its new Supported Internship Programme at Woodlands Meed. In this role, you will support young people with disabilities by providing on-the-job coaching and classroom reinforcement to help them gain essential skills and confidence for paid employment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference and capable of building strong relationships with both interns and local employers.
