Salary: £17,000 – £22,000 per annum + Commission

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and rewarding industry. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
• Managing candidate applications and updating internal systems
• Supporting senior consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
• Working towards individual and team targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
