SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Term-Time Nursery Assistant or Early Years Practitioner to join a highly regarded nursery in South-West London. The setting boasts expansive outdoor areas, organic gardens, and a dedicated Forest School, providing an inspiring environment for both children and staff.
This term-time only role (8:30am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday) offers the perfect balance between career development and personal time – ideal for those passionate about early years education.
Your Role
- Support children aged 2-4 in a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.
- Encourage exploration through creative, play-based, and nature-focused activities.
- Assist with Forest School sessions and outdoor discovery projects.
- Help with daily routines including meals, rest times, and personal care.
- Work closely with colleagues to foster a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere.
- Observe and record developmental milestones in line with EYFS standards.

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about early years education.
Requirements
- Experience working with children aged 2-4 (qualified or unqualified with experience welcome) within the education and training sector.
- Level 2 childcare qualification or equivalent preferred.Interest in outdoor learning and Forest School principles.
- Positive attitude, patience, and strong teamwork skills.
- Commutable to Hammersmith and Fulham.
