School Office Administrator

Location: LN4

Working Days: Monday, Thursday & Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm

We are seeking an experienced School Office Administrator to provide temporary supply cover within the school office.

This role requires a confident and experienced candidate who is capable of working independently as the sole member of staff in the office during working hours.

Key Requirements

  • Previous school office experience is essential
  • Knowledge and experience of school systems is required
  • Ability to work independently and manage office duties efficiently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Enhanced DBS certificate required

Duties May Include

  • Managing the school reception and office
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries
  • Using school management systems
  • Supporting staff, parents, and visitors
  • General administrative duties

The school is looking for someone reliable and professional who can start as soon as possible.
